A great summary of the August 7, 2024 combined meeting by Lowell’s First Look below. I am looking forward to talking with residents and area businesses about the 425 proposal at the August 20 Open House (6-8pm). We need more details and I will pass them on as they are available. As I mentioned at the meeting, I am most concerned about this item in the document: Integrated plant improvements for the water system will be paid for by the City through rate increases charged by the City based on actual flow. If it takes a council policy change to use the additional tax revenue for the water system expansion costs, I’ll try my best.
