This promise is really simple. I want to hear from city residents and business owners at their convenience. I work at a small office/workshop at 517 East Main street and I leave the front door open. Right by Ball’s ice cream. If my bicycle is on the porch, come on in. You don’t need an appointment. I will never tell you I am too busy. Might even buy you an ice cream!
